Engine and Performance

Just like its sedan sibling, the 2015 Bentley Grand Convertible Concept is powered by an upgraded 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine which can produce 530 horsepower and a total of 811 lb-ft of torque. That’s just amazing. Expect about 4 seconds of 0-60 mph time and a top speed of 190 miles per hour. The automaker did not reveal any details regarding its fuel economy.

2015 Bentley Grand Convertible Concept Design

front view

The 2015 Bentley Grand Convertible Concept looks almost identical to the Mulsanne Speed, of course, without the top and rear doors. From the front both vehicles share the same grille design, the bumper and headlights are also identical. However, there are no fog lamps on this concept. There are no photos of the rear end, but according to some sources, it is also similar to the one found on the Mulsanne. The concept model is painted in Sequin Blue, while the hood and windshield framework are painted in silver. It rides on five-spoke wheels.

As you can see in the photo below, the 2015 Bentley Grand Convertible Concept has a luxurious interior colored in light hues, contrasted with blue trims and stitching. All seats are wrapped in tanned high-quality leather. Both the seats and doors are characterized by a diamond layout. The automaker used Burr Walnut wood for both the rear deck and dashboard. You will notice the lack of a touchscreen and infotainment system. There are some analog gauges and a bunch of controls in the center area of the dashboard. Behind the multifunction steering wheel there are analog speedometer and tachometer. The whole cabin looks quite elegant.
